The Worcester Allotment & Garden Association

Otherwise known as “The Allotment Shop” is located on the Lansdowne Road site and is run by six volunteers, who make up the Worcester Allotment & Garden Association. It sells a wide range of items, from seed potatoes to fertilizers, bamboo canes to fleece and much more in between.

The Allotment shop is a little treasure trove that will take you back in time, with a very practical & down to earth atmosphere where the very knowledgeable volunteers are always willing the provide a bit of advice on how to get the best out of your purchases.

Everything sold here is very competitively priced, with many bargains available. Net proceeds are donated to a variety of local Charities.

Anyone wishing to use the shop needs to join up, and with an  annual membership fee of just £2.00, you can then take advantage of the lower than average prices.

The Association gets the best bulk deals it can find, often ‘breaking-bulk’ into more manageable portions, with net proceeds going to local charities, which may include contributions towards the costs of some local events run by the Council (e.g. The Worcester Show), and the Allotments’ Forum.

Opening Times: Every Thursday and Sunday from 10 to midday.
