The Worcester Allotments Forum is currently making arrangements for the 2019 AGM.
It is now scheduled for Tuesday 10th March 2020 in the Council Chamber, Guildhall, Worcester.
Full details will be announced in due course. All tenants are invited and are encouraged, indeed most welcome to attend!
The principal business of the AGM is to elect the Officers of the Forum – i.e. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman (if required), Secretary and Treasurer.
Nominations for these positions are now being sought, and need to be advised to the Vice-Chairman before the end of February 2020.
Should you, as one of our Plotholders, be interested in taking up one of these positions, then please advise your Site Rep, and the Forum’s current Vice-Chairman.
